“The National Assembly’s Standing Committee (NASC) yesterday discussed the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended).
Presenting a summary of the draft amended Law on Corporate Income Tax, Deputy Minister of Finance Cao Anh Tuấn said that the draft closely follows the policy groups in the proposal to build the amended Law on Corporate Income Tax, which was agree upon by National Assembly (NA) These groups include improving regulations related to taxpayers and taxable income, tax-exempt income, calculating taxable corporate income and tax calculation methods, deductible expenses in determining taxable income and adjusting tax rates for specific groups.” – Viet Nam News
