VinGroup Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong put forward four proposals, including expanding the teaching of the English language to schools everywhere in the country, and focusing on certain college and university programs such as technology, computing, AI and big data.
Regarding social housing, he suggested the Government make it favorable for investors, especially in paperwork, and upgrade standards for social housing blocks to include requirements for basements for vehicle parking, children’s playgrounds and other amenities.” – The Saigon Times
